A BRCGS-certified importer and exporter, specialising in clean-label food. Often called “Clean Dec”, Clean label is not a familiar phrase to consumers. The purpose of clean label is to provide safe and high-quality food in support of our well-being. When formulating a recipe, we use a smaller number of ingredients. We don’t allow additives, such as emulsifiers, sweeteners, and colourings. We prohibit ultra-processed ingredients such as refined oil.

Set up a Trade Account:
We offer two types of accounts with different payment terms:

Cash in Advance (Cash Form)

Net 30 Days Credit (Credit Account)
The applicable option will generally depend on your credit rating. Our decision is primarily based on the credit limit recommended by CreditSafe.

Order Schedule:
Place your order on Day 1 for Day 3 delivery. Cut-off time: 10:00 AM.

How to Order:
Send your order by email to beatrice@thebasicingredients.com, including the product code, product name, and quantity.

Minimum Order Quantity: £500 minimum per order within the UK. Our order quantity is based on multiples of one case, individual units are not available. Units per case varies depending on the item.

Pricing: All prices are based on Ex-Works terms. We will prepare your order for collection from our warehouses. Frozen collections are from Peterborough and ambient collections from Crick.
