Marketing Communications Manager

  • Basic Annual Salary from £30,000 to £40,000 depending on competency

  • 9am – 6pm with 3 days/week compulsory working from the office 2days/week work from home

  • 30 Days of Paid Holiday annually

Job Description

  1. Set marketing communication strategy & budget allocation

  2. Manage projects and events in the annual marketing calendar

  3. Continuously perfect the brand handbook

  4. Safeguard the brand standard                                

  5. Lead internal product benchmarking workshops, (one per month minimum)

  6. Create & post content & short videos on social media (one per week minimum)

  7. Represent the brand online, during trade shows and other events

  8. Continuously Improve the company websites, product catalogue & SEO

  9. Research market trends, reporting your findings to the business

  10. Maintain brand integrity, ensure all communications align with brand values

Key Skills

  • Proven skills in copywriting

  • Photographic skill, the ability to understand exposure, lighting, and focus

  • Outstanding skill in Adobe Creative Cloud/SEO/Google Analytics

  • Knowledge in the field of food& sustainability, ability to analyse food trends

  • Committed, focused, meticulous attention to detail

  • Language skills: Bilingual in Dutch, French or German would be beneficial
