    HuaTiao Wine also called “nu’er hong”. In Chinese, “Nu’er” means daughter in and “hong” means red. It is made of glutinous rice and wheat. This wine evolved from the Shaoxing tradition of burying it underground when a daughter was born and digging it up for the wedding banquet when the daughter was going to be married. Alcohol content is 16% by volume.
