GLUTEN-FREE: I wouldn’t say ditch the gluten but, are we having too much gluten intake in our daily diet? If gluten is bad for people with celiac disease, maybe it not that good to me.
- REDUCED SALT: Standard soy sauce usually contains 15g salt per 100g, we have managed to reduce to 9g salt /100g. NHS suggested adults should eat no more than 6g of salt a day. Too much salt intake can increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.
- LDPE: Whilst it is difficult to completely not to use Plastic, at least we are making the effort to choose HDPE as material, which is type 2, similar to type I plastic PETE, they are the most recyclable type of plastic.
