DELICIOUS: This soy sauce is actually, honestly made of soybean, not wheat or corn or soy extract, through 8 months of traditional fermentation.
- GLUTEN-FREE : I wouldn’t say ditch the gluten but, are we having too much gluten intake in our daily diet? If gluten is bad for people with celiac disease, maybe it is not that good for me.
- REDUCED SALT: Standard soy sauce usually contains 15g salt per 100g, we have managed to reduce it to 9g salt /100g. NHS suggested adults should eat no more than 6g of salt a day. Too much salt intake can possibly increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.
- HDPE: Whilst it is difficult to completely not use Plastic, at least we are making the effort to choose HDPE as a material, which is type 2, similar to type I plastic PETE, they are the most recyclable type of plastic.
- CONVENIENT: There are 500 mini bottles of 2.1ml in each bag. Convenient for takeaways food operators.
