Job Description
We are looking for a colleague to look after Amazon vendor account who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our Amazon vendor account. You will work closely with internal teams and Amazon’s Vendor Central platform to ensure the smooth running of product listings, inventory management, order processing, and vendor relationships. Your role will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Process orders when required (typically Monday, Wednesday). Book order logistics.

Check item forecasts, liaise with Purchasing to ensure adequate stock replenishment.

Update item details, update item availability & Approved Images.

Check debit notes, liaise with logistics for PODs, submit disputes to Amazon, monitor resolutions.

Add monthly invoices to SAP.

Reconciliation of SAP invoices with Amazon payments.
-
optimising the Amazon Vendor Central account to ensure the company’s products are visible, well-presented, and properly categorised.

List new items, ensure all product data (description, pricing, images, etc.) is up to date.

Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
